constant battle

Everyday is a constant battle with thoughts.

It is said that you get what you tolerate.

I have the choice to let negative thoughts enter my mind thus affecting my behavior or filter what enters my mind letting it manifest.

Filtering thoughts isn’t easy.

I have to be aware of what I’m thinking and if it’s bad I need to cut off that thinking.

It’s pretty hard at first, but I got used to it.

It’s still not easy though.
