changing habits

For this week, I was trying to sleep properly and on time.

It was hard.

When I wanted to sleep early, there were thoughts popping out of my head reminding me of the things that I have to do.

I had to tone that done by a ton. I was having anxiety by laying on my bed.

I was about to give it up but I decided to push through and immediately do my shit, so I can rest easy tomorrow.

But that didn’t last long. I was still anxious.

I don’t know why I’m anxious but I’m still going to keep at it.
