There have been many times when I felt like I was living my best life, only to fall down from grace within a couple of weeks.
Why is that so?
I noticed that it’s not about just keeping my habits consistent. Those are important, sure, and that’s what I did, but it’s also the same exact reason why I fell in the first place.
I was so consumed by my formula because it kept working, but if I was placed in a new situation where my formula feels shaky, then I’d start losing momentum and break apart.
What I should’ve done was improve the formula instead of forcefully jamming the variables and expect the same results. It’s crazy for me to not realize this.
I should’ve adjusted, recalibrated and took note of other variables to improve my formula yielding better results.
It’s unfortunate that I only realized this now, but what can I do about it? Mull over it? Nah, move on and try again.
