Supporting Lifestyle

At this point in my life, I’m trying to integrate the active lifestyle.

This has always been the plan ever since high school, but I only recently had the money to support it.

There are many facets to the active lifestyle, like your diet, activities, and habits.

I always tried integrating the lifestyle, but I always end up failing because I never had the money to sustain it.

I remember being conscious calorie counting. I was able to do it, but the food that I need to buy, such as chicken breats and oats, are too expensive for a student like me at the time.

So, as a working adult now, I can finally do it! And right now, I’m in the planning phase.

When I started reflecting on switching to this lifestyle, I thought about the changes it would make in my current lifestyle.

I’ve got to be honest, I have an imperfect lifestyle. Everybody does, but I feel like I make more mistakes because there are so many things that I tolerate now.

Anyway, let’s get back. The biggest change that would happen would be my expenses. I understand that the moment that I subscribe to a gym, I would be effectively shelving money dedicated to it.

I had two choices. Add the gym membership as another additional expense to my current lifestyle or replace current expenses thay would support my wanted lifestyle.

Let me explain. As of writing this thought, the biggest expense I have had always been food. I was always buying outside whenever I’m working or just simply living.

So, I has this idea that I’d replace this expense with the gym membership and that would effectively remove my habit of spending food outside way too much! This is what I’ve always wanted in the first place.

I might not have the capacity to stop my expenses because its harder, but its easier to replace my current expenses with something healthier.

I’ve realized that maybe, just maybe. That switching to this lifestyle might not be as difficult as I thought.

I never thought about the idea on how I could make this easier for myself. I always thought about sacrifices and such, there are, but it’s so much manageable than I thought it would be.
