Protein Sources

Last night, I was taking my time researching for other protein sources.

Why? It’s because I don’t want to eat the same thing over and over again.

Hell no, I’m going to eat boiled eggs, wheat bread, and chicken forever.

I want variety. I want it now.

So, I looked up for some and some of them are very promising – such as mung beans, cream dory fish, tilapia, textured vegetable protein, greek yogurt, and something else.

Man, why are protein sources so fucking expensive? I don’t get it.
