If there’s something to change about modern society, it would be how interviews should be conducted.
I get it. It’s hard to find skilled people.
I understand we have many applicants and don’t have time to filter through them all.
It’s just so annoying that we tend to cookie-cutter our way to pick the right applicant.
The ending? It’s a horrible experience.
Well, that’s what I want to share and change.
