I’m currently in a dilemma about how I should approach my career so early in my life.

I’ve been given the incredible opportunity to work in a company I so dreamed of, or stay at a company where I’ve grown to be an excellent engineer.

To be honest, growth is not the issue.

Money is.

If I stay in my current role right now, I’ll soon become a senior engineer from one of the biggest companies in the world.

It will legitimately cement my legitimacy as an engineer, or I could go into my dream company and learn from there with a higher salary than I currently have.

So, I have the decision. Stay for another year in the hopes of a 6-digit job, or jump ship and cross the land where I get to work on technology I wanted since the beginning of my journey.

To be honest, I don’t know my decision. I don’t know how I’d approach this life. I am still deliberating whether this would be the best offer that I’d get in 2025.
