I complain a lot whenever something that’s supposed to work stops working as it should be.
An example of this is when my bank app suddenly stops sending OTPs whenever I want to transfer money out of it.
Or, times when I want something done ASAP, but my internet connection starts slowing down like a snail.
These grind my gears so bad to an unhealthy degree. These events are so simple, yet I escalate them to be something worse.
I need to explore that behavior out.
