After a long day of non-stop work, I close my laptop as soon as I can then head outside.
I needed to stay away from my laptop as far as possible.
I didn’t care how nor what means.
I just need to get away from it.
Usually I eat outside ordering food that I like, but, most of the time, I usually walk around the streets ranting to myself.
Walking around has deeply relaxing feeling going around. I can’t explain why it soothes me, but it makes my overwhelming world a bit more manageable.
It reminds me to slow down, take things a step at a time.
It helps me cool down and prepare myself to do what I need to do for the rest of the day.
I stop walking when I think I no longer think about work, then head home.
