There was an idea to create a small project
The intention of the small project was to hone independent skills in programming. The project idea is simple actually. It’s a Renting System. Basically, the system would automate the billings for each tenant in the apartment. It will output a pdf file that is printable to be given to the tenant.

I average around at 70 words per minute in a normal typing job where I don’t have to think like TypeRacer. I know that’s more than the average.
