I noticed that I’m so against improvement when I know I won’t commit to it for a very long time.

We’ve been living in our own apartment for over two years now. We’ll be staying here for another year.

But for the duration of that time, we never made effort to design and arrange our apartment.

In our heads, we won’t be staying here for long so why even bother?

That’s been our mindset for a very long time and here we are still in the apartment.

I guess this is a lesson for me and all of us, just because it’s temporary doesn’t mean you should treat at a dump.

Treat it with respect, beautify it, and make it your home.

What you own is yours and reflect that. Make it home.
